The Virtual Open Days was an online event that ran from 25th – 27th November 2020.
With all the uncertainty around hosting physical events because of COVID-19 we devised a plan to have a virtual open day event rather than an onsite one. This would also allow potential students to participate across the country.
The event consisted of:
– Campus & Course Information
– Campus Tours
– 161 Student Profiles & Interview
– 56 Tutor & Programme Manager interviews, profiles and course overviews
– 11 Live Presentations about particular courses
– 3 Live Chat sessions.
Once the concept for the Virtual Open Days was approved I worked with teams and staff across the institute to set up and run the event.
I assisted not only with the project management and running of the virtual event, but I also developed the UI / UX concept design in Adobe XD for management approvals and to act as a reference point for the web developers.
